Cooking Classes

Sweet Basil’s at Woodhouse Family Cellars Woodhouse Family Cellars has always delighted in combining gourmet food, fine wine, and good friends. Now, we are proud to offer cooking classes out of our Kennedy Shah Kitchen, which includes recipes, demonstrations, hands-on cooking experience, and the opportunity to sample some of our winery’s best vintages. Our instructor, Jeanne Judd, comes to us from Sweet Basil’s School of Cooking in Edmonds. She has been teaching demonstration cooking classes since 1983, developing recipes, specializing in home-grown and organic ingredients, and leads gourmet food tours of San Francisco, the California wine country, and Tuscany. She is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Next class: Italian Summer Tuesday, June 1st Menu Creamy artichoke and garlic crostini Italian Wedding Soup Chicken with Vin Santo Sauce Roasted potatoes, with fennel and onion Tomato salad served over a bed of arugula and topped with balsamic red onions and Gorgonzola Panna cotta with citrus-strawberry salsa Class start at 6:30. Cost is $60.00 (+tax) per person. (club member discounts apply) Class sizes are limited to 20 people and we require 48 hours cancellation notice for refund.
